 Introduction to FM-CT Battery Tester Introduction of FM-CT Battery Tester The FM-CT series battery tester is mainly used for testing the charging and discharging current, voltage, capacity, internal resistance, charging and discharging temperature, battery cycle life, which could records charging and discharging data and provides curve graphs, covering the vast majority of testing, scientific research, chemical production and other applications of small capacity batteries. It could also be applied to the testing of various secondary batteries such as lithium-ion batteries, nickel hydrogen batteries, nickel cadmiumbatteries,lead-acid batteries, supercapacitors, etc. 1. High Precision Control ·Adopting dual closed-loop independent control and automatic switching with voltage and current loops; ·Using 24 bit high-precision ADC and 16 bit high-precision DAC to achieve fast detection and real-time control; ·The voltage and current detection adopts a four wire system to reduce the impact of line loss on feedback accuracy; ·The control accuracy and display accuracy are both within ± 0.05%~± 0.001%; ·Adopting forced air cooling and well-designed heat dissipation ducts to reduce system temperature drift; ·The sampling resistor accuracy adopts 0.1%/50ppm, with a large power margin to reduce the impact of temperature on control accuracy;
